Today’s cow is making the news in Scotland (find out all the details in this official BBC report) because she got stuck. In a ladder. Yep, her head got stuck in the ladder. How? Nobody really knows but her farmer owner, with the help of the local SPCA, freed her up without any harm (at least not physical).
The big question is, how did the ladder get in the field in the first place? The farmer swears he never put in there. I have one simple explanation for this. It’s called “the ladder of the day“. Yes, just like daily cows, there are daily ladders. In San Diego, you can listen to the morning and evening traffic reports, and at least once a day, you’ll hear of a ladder somewhere on the freeway. I want to guess this is how the ladder showed up, falling off someone’s truck. The cow of the day collides with the ladder of the day – that’s my explanation! What’s yours?
